Oversees the company operations including estimating, pre-construction activities and the management of large, complex abatement and demolition projects including Roosevelt Island, One Vanderbilt, 425 Park Avenue, Carnegie Hall, and the Waldorf Astoria.

Andrew grew up in the industry following in his dad’s footsteps, Sal DiLorenzo, founder of PAL. He has learned from the ground up. He started as a warehouse worker, spray applicator to Vice President of Pal. He currently runs our Coating, Spray & Fireproofing division nationwide.

Responsible for all accounting, finance, treasury and insurance functions and financial planning. Previously was Vice President/Treasurer of LVI Services from 1988 to 2013, responsible for all treasury functions.

Kathy has been with PAL since the beginning and has had oversight of all financial and accounting processes. At the start of 1993, she managed cash flow, all accounting from AP, AR, billing, and banking. She has been a major asset in our growth and to the future.
