Andrew DiLorenzoVice President
Andrew grew up in the industry following in his dad’s footsteps, Sal DiLorenzo, founder of PAL. He has learned from the ground up. He started as a warehouse worker, spray applicator to Vice President of Pal. He currently runs our Coating, Spray & Fireproofing division nationwide.
Brian MessiscoVice President National
Previously employed by LVI Services from 1997 to 2011, responsible for developing and maintaining business relations with leading commercial and industrial clients. Prior to LVI, was employed by NSC
Doug LyonVice President of Field Operations NY
Responsible for overseeing site supervisors and laborers, site management, project design, coordinating equipment and warehouse operations. Mr. Lyon has been with PAL since its inception and has played a major part in PAL’s success and growth.
Joseph AnnarummaVice President Treasury
Responsible for all accounting, finance, treasury and insurance functions and financial planning. Previously was Vice President/Treasurer of LVI Services from 1988 to 2013, responsible for all treasury functions.
Mike LaneDirector National Operations
Chief Operating Officer of LVI Services for 13 years, Chief Operating Officer of NSC Corporation for 9 years, Executive Vice President, Thermotech/Waste Management Companies.
Kaleo LuiDirector Remediation
Mr. Lui has over 21 years of environmental experience. His experience includes geotechnical and environmental engineering, construction management, environmental insurance underwriting, and program/project management.
Kathy has been with PAL since the beginning and has had oversight of all financial and accounting processes. At the start of 1993, she managed cash flow, all accounting from AP, AR, billing, and banking. She has been a major asset in our growth and to the future.
Robert Rogers, CPAController
Responsible for financial operations and reporting. Previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Stamford Wrecking Company, Senior Manager at a NY CPA firm and Internal Auditor at NFL and Canon USA, Inc.
