Construction Assistant Project Manager
Qualifications
- 10 hour OSHA certification is required
- Demonstrates professional interaction skills with internal and external clients
- Knowledge of residential construction
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Outlook)

Responsibilities
- Complete Division and/or Assistant Superintendent orientation, onboarding and training programs (e.g. construction scheduling, job site rules, safety, MasterCare, SWPPP)
- Develop literacy in building codes, construction and technical language, construction materials, construction schedules and construction methodologies and standards
- Assist other Assistant Superintendents and/or direct supervisor in performing their duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to: Monitoring job sites, validating schedule progression
- Coordinating on-site inspections
- Reviewing warranty requests ensuring the job is completed on time and 100%
- Coordinating “punch-outs”
- Update customers on construction progress
- Experience/ability to use Planning Software to its utmost potential
